Service

CallLeah provides automated call-handling features that may include answering calls, responding to common questions, capturing information, and booking appointments. Features, usage limits, availability, and pricing depend on the selected plan and configuration.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable privacy, recording, consent, telecommunications, marketing, professional, and industry-specific rules.

Automated responses

Automated systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the service configuration and deciding when a caller should be transferred or directed to a person. CallLeah is not an emergency service and should not be used for emergency dispatch, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or other high-risk decisions.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, included usage, and billing frequency are shown when you subscribe or agree to an order. Additional usage or services may involve additional charges when disclosed before purchase. You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at signup; amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, deceive or harm others, send unlawful communications, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or process information you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CallLeah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
